***UPDATE*** This install was for the NON-SONY headunit. This truck did not have a factory amp. The stock speakers were amped from the Headunit. If you have the Non-sony system I suggest buying the PAC harness for these trucks. Its plug n play and will give you RCA outputs to run directly to an amp. AND has a built in remote wire. So you dont need to mess around with the fuse jumper. Part 2 of my sound system install, integrating a JL audio cleansweep with the stock headunit, to a jl audio Amlifier. -Fuse #38 with a jumper harness is used for the remote lead. located in the passenger side kick panel. -Dynamat added to rear cab wall. Covered passenger side cab vent completely. Drivers side half way. -install fuse on main power line in engine bay. - install connectors on speaker wires for quick disconnecting. -Install subwoofer in supercrewsound sub box under neath rear seat.
